World War Three ended last Thursday. In case you missed it we thought we’d give you a re -cap. We’ve brought the darkly prophetic writings of novelist JG Ballard into the 21st century through spoken word and electronic music mayhem. Ashley Walker is a playwright, comedy writer and electronic musician. He has had eight ten minute plays performed at the Short and Sweet ten minute playwriting festival and is currently working on several longer pieces. When not writing, Ash loves to play with knobs and faders which are always attached to synthesisers, making weird noises that occasionally resemble music. He has done sound and music for New Theatre Newtown, and Subtlenuance Theatre company.
David Finnigan is a Canberra-based writer, theatre-maker and producer. He has worked as a playwright and performance maker in Manila, London, Medellin and New York. David co-founded the Crack Theatre Festival in Newcastle in 2009 and the You Are Here festival in Canberra in 2011. davidfinig.com
