DEB: (noun)

1. A young woman’s formal entrance into fashionable society;

2. An instant mashed potato mix;

3. A homegirl preparing to slay culture, class, charity, and academia.

Despite growing up in country NSW, she tragically missed her opportunity to have a Debutante Ball and become a stunning caricature bride for a night.

So. This is her DEB. Scrape off the sheep shit and pop the bubbly, it’ll be a night to remember. Her Dad will be there; the Mayor might be there; and the CWA will be proud. But she’s her own type of weirdo, so come and enjoy her attempts to debut – not into the dizzying social heights of Mullion Creek, but into the contemporary arts scene of TiNA. Light refreshments shall be served and check your privilege at the cloakroom.

Introducing…. Catherine McNamara!
