Applications open for Co-Artistic Director
Crack Theatre Festival is looking for a fresh face to bring the 2019 Festival to life. If you’re passionate about contemporary and experimental performance, love seeing artists realise their dreams, and want to build an amazing community over one wonderful long weekend – this is the job for you.
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Co-Artistic Director to work alongside returning Co-AD Pierce Wilcox to deliver the 2019 Festival. This Co-AD will work with the team to curate and support a program of new works and artistic community-building.
This opportunity would be best suited to an emerging artist who is keen to use their skills and networking to support other artists as part of a close-knit team and contribute to the vision of the Festival into 2020.
As part of our ongoing commitment to Newcastle, we will prioritise expressions of interest from local artists residing in Newcastle, the greater Hunter or the Central Coast. We will accept applications from those coming from elsewhere if you can demonstrate your connection to and networks in the region.
